Their job is to ensure that customers receive the right after-service advice and consultation if they have a problem, while it can also involve providing a good quality service before purchase. Generally speaking, however, those in more junior positions handle customers or clients personally, over the phone, over the internet or in person, and those who are dealing with customers on a daily basis can earn between £20-30K, while others placed in managerial roles are paid more.
